ITC Q3 Results: Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) major ITC Ltd. will declare its Q3 results this week. The Kolkata-based company is one of India’s largest consumer goods makers. The company recently conducted a demerger scheme, where it separately listed its hotel business ITC Hotels.
Apart from hotels and FMCG, ITC is also present in agribusiness, information technology and paper products industries, commanding a market cap of over Rs 5.77 lakh crore.

ITC Q3 Results: Date And Time
ITC Ltd. said that its board of directors will meet on Thursday, Feb. 6 to consider and approve the financial results for the October-December quarter.
“We write to advise that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened for Thursday, 6th February, 2025, inter alia, to: (a) consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company along with the Unaudited Segment-wise Revenue, Results, Assets and Liabilities for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December, 2024,” the company said in a stock exchange filing dated Jan. 24.
ITC Interim Dividend Declaration
During the meeting, the board of directors will also “consider declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year ending on 31st March, 2025”, ITC said in its stock exchange filing.

The share price of ITC Ltd. has grown more than 3% over the past five trading sessions. In contrast, the stock has slipped more than 7.5% in the last six months. Over a year, ITC Ltd. shares have risen by 2.6%.
At 10:50 a.m. on Tuesday, ITC shares were trading 1% lower at Rs 449.45 apiece on the NSE, as compared to a 0.45% rise in the benchmark Nifty 50.
ITC Q2 Results
ITC Ltd. posted a 16% year-on-year uptick in its revenue for Q2 at Rs 19,327.72 crore versus Rs 16,550 crore in the year-ago period. Net profit for the period rose 3% YoY to Rs 5,078.34 crore against Rs 4,927 crore in Q2 of FY24. The company's revenue from agribusiness surged more than 47% YoY to Rs 5,780 crore.
ITC's Ebitda climbed 5% YoY to Rs 6,335.17 crore in Q2 versus Rs 6,042 crore in the year-ago period.
