During the meeting, the Board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2024-25.

Dr Reddy’s Laboratories has announced that, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the company’s securities has been shut for the designated persons from March 25. Dr Reddy’s Laboratories Q3 Results
Dr Reddy’s Laboratories reported a rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 1,413.7 crore for the quarter ended December 2024 (Q3 FY25), up from Rs 1,380.9 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year (Q3 FY24). Revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 8,358.6 crore, compared to Rs 7,214.80 crore in the year-ago period.
EBITDA for Q3 FY25 came in at Rs 2,298.2 crore, compared to Rs 2,110.7 crore in Q3 FY24. However, the company’s EBITDA margin declined to 27.5% from 29.3% in the corresponding period in the preceding fiscal.
