Brigade Enterprises Q4 Results: Profit Up 20% Despite Slip In Revenue

Margin expands to 28.5% versus 25.4% in the year-ago period.

Brigade Enterprises Ltd.'s consolidated net profit was up 20% in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025.

The Bengaluru-based property developer posted a bottom line of Rs 247 crore in the quarter ended March in comparison to Rs 206 crore in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.

  • Revenue down 14% to Rs 1,460 crore versus Rs 1,702 crore.

  • Ebitda down 3.8% to Rs 416 crore versus Rs 433 crore.

  • Margin expands to 28.5% versus 25.4%.

  • Net profit up 20% to Rs 247 crore versus Rs 206 crore.

Key Operational Trends

  • Pre-sales volume stood at 2.03 million square feet.

  • Pre-sales value up 9% YoY to Rs 2,448 crore vs Rs 2,243 crore.

  • Average price realisation stood up 47% at 12,082 per sq. ft. vs Rs 8,243 per sq ft.

  • Launched 4 million sq ft residential projects during the quarter

For FY25, the company reported a 31% increase in real estate sales by recording Rs 7,847 crore sales as compared to Rs 6,013 crore in FY24. The total sales volume for FY25 stood at 7.05 mn sft.

Meanwhile, total collections stood at Rs 7,250 crore during FY25, an increase of 23% over FY24. Cash flow from operations stood at Rs 2,135 crore, an increase of 36% over FY24.

Brigade's leasing vertical witnessed an increase of 24% in revenue, growing from Rs 938 crore in FY24 to Rs 1,165 crore in FY25. Brigade's overall retail consumption grew by 4% during FY25 over FY24.

Upcoming Launches

The company plans to launch upcoming projects of 12 million square feet in the next four quarters, this includes:

  • Eight residential projects in Bengaluru.

  • Five residential projects in Chennai.

  • One residential project in Hyderabad.

  • Two residential project in Mysuru.

Before the quarterly results were declared, shares of Brigade Enterprises closed 1.08% higher at Rs 1,091.45 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 0.22% advance in the benchmark Sensex.
