Astral Q4 Results: Profit Down But Beats Estimates

Astral Ltd. reported a fall in the bottom line in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025 but beat analysts' consensus estimates.
The net profit of the company fell 1.3% to Rs 179 crore in the March quarter as compared to Rs 182 crore in the year-ago period, according to an exchange filing on Wednesday.

Margin at 18% versus 17.9% (Bloomberg estimate: 16.6%)
Net profit down 1.3% at Rs 179.3 crore versus Rs 181.6 crore (Bloomberg estimate: Rs 169 crore)
Dividend
The firm declared a final dividend of Rs 2.25 per equity share of a face value of Re 1 each for the fiscal ended March 31, 2025.
It is subject to approval of members at the upcoming annual general meeting. The company will inform the parties concerned of the date of the AGM and the date by which the dividend or warrants will be paid, in due course of time.
The company will disburse up to Rs 60 crore in dividend payouts to the shareholders.
Shares of the company closed 1.23% higher at Rs 1,382 apiece on the NSE, compared to a 0.52% rise in the benchmark Nifty.
