Adani Energy Solutions Ltd., and ACC will announce their results on April 24. Meanwhile, Sanghi Industries Ltd., Adani Green Energy Ltd., and Adani Total Gas Ltd., will announce their results on April 28.
Ambuja Cements Ltd. will announce tis results on April 29, while Adani Power Ltd. will announce their results on April 30.

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd's profit surged in the third quarter of fiscal 2025, driven by strong Ebitda growth and a reversal of net deferred tax liability of Rs 185 crore primarily due to the divestment of the Dahanu plant in AEML.
ACC Ltd.'s profit rose during the third quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024. The Adani Group-owned cement manufacturer's bottom line for the quarter under review more than doubled at Rs 1091.73 crore, according to an exchange filing. Meanwhile, Sanghi Industries Ltd.'s earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation turned profitable at Rs 30.3 crore from a loss of Rs 22.8 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal.
Adani Green Energy Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 85% year-on-year in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. The renewable energy company's bottom line came in at Rs 474 crore in the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024, in comparison with Rs 256 crore in the same quarter a year ago, according to an exchange filing.
Adani Enterprises Ltd.'s top line for the three months ended December stood at Rs 22,848 crore, an increase of 1.1% from the preceding quarter, while its operating income rose 26% to Rs 12,377 crore for the first nine months of the ongoing financial year.
Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 14.1% to Rs 2,520.26 crore in the third quarter of fiscal 2025. The bottom line met the consensus estimate of Rs 2,589 crore of analysts tracked by Bloomberg.
Adani Power Ltd.'s consolidated net profit rose 7% in the third quarter of the current financial year. Shares of the company surged as much as 6% subsequently.
Ambuja Cement's net profit surged by 157.4% year-on-year, reaching Rs 2,115 crore, compared to Rs 824.25 crore in the same quarter last year. The revenue for the quarter rose by 4.5%, reaching Rs 8,415 crore, compared to Rs 8,052 crore in the previous year, indicating steady top-line growth.
Adani Total Gas Ltd. saw its revenue rise for the quarter ended December amid higher gas costs in a volatile regulatory environment. The Adani Group-owned natural gas distributor reported a 6.25% rise in its topline on a sequential basis at Rs 1,294.5 crore.
