ACC Board Recommends Dividend Of Rs 7.5 Per Share Following Strong Q4 Results; Check Record Date

ACC Ltd. on Thursday announced that its board of directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 7.5 share for the financial year 2024-25.
The record date to determine the shareholders eligible for the dividend payout has been fixed as June 13. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or after July 1, as per an exchange filing.
For the quarter ending March 2025, ACC reported a net profit of Rs 751 crore, nearly 50% higher than the NDTV Profit estimate of Rs 503 crore.
Meanwhile, the revenue for the quarter stood at Rs 5,992 crore, exceeding the NDTV Profit estimate of Rs 5,904 crore. The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation were reported at Rs 755 crore, slightly below the estimated Rs 760 crore. Despite this minor shortfall, the Ebitda margin was recorded at 12.6%, close to the estimated 12.8%.
ACC Ltd. is one of India's leading cement manufacturers. The company operates through a network of cement and ready-mix concrete plants across the country. ACC's product portfolio includes various types of cement and concrete solutions catering to diverse construction needs.

ACC's shares rose as much as 3.31% to Rs 2,119.90 apiece. However, it pared some of the gains to trade 1.42% higher at Rs 2,081 apiece, as of 02:52 p.m. This compares to a 0.39% decline in the NSE Nifty 50 Index.
The stock's total traded volume so far in the day stood at 5.2 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 66.
Out of 41 analysts tracking the company, 30 maintain a 'buy' rating, six recommend a 'hold,' and five suggest 'sell,' according to Bloomberg data. The average 12-month consensus price target implies a potential upside of 11%.
