(Bloomberg) --
French far-right leader Marine Le Pen lost another EU court challenge against a European Parliament order to repay 41,554 euros ($46,000) for misusing money meant to pay for aides' salaries.
The EU Court of Justice, the bloc's highest court, said Le Pen's appeal of a lower tribunal's ruling a year ago was “in part manifestly inadmissible and, in part manifestly unfounded.”
A spokesman for Le Pen's party, the National Rally, declined to comment on the decision.
