(Bloomberg) -- Hungarian Janos Ader signed into law new rules allowing employers to ask for 60 percent more overtime annually of workers.
The legislation, which critics have dubbed the “slave law,” has touched off the most sustained anti-government protest against Prime Minister Viktor Orban since his return to power in 2010.
Thousands of people have indicated on Facebook that they'd attend a new protest on Friday evening outside Ader's office. The rally was originally planned to convince him not sign the measure.
