(Bloomberg) -- South African President Cyril Ramaphosa will announce changes to the country's cabinet at 3 p.m. on Thursday in the capital, Pretoria.
The planned changes are due to the death of Minister of Environmental Affairs, Edna Molewa, and the resignation of Minister of Home Affairs, Malusi Gigaba, the presidency said in an emailed statement.
