Burundi to Enforce 14-Day Quarantine on Travelers From Europe

(Bloomberg) --

Burundi will force travelers arriving from the EU and countries most affected by the coronavirus including China and Iran to go into quarantine for 14 days.

The government has taken over a hotel in the capital, Bujumbura, for the purpose, and put 34 people in quarantine, according to the Health Ministry. It's also building a special treatment facility in the area of Bubanza.

The East African nation doesn't have any confirmed cases of the disease.
