IRB Infrastructure: Bags Order From NHAI
Shares of the road-toll operator company gained as much as 2.5 percent to Rs 264.80 after the company bagged a six-laning project for 113.8 kilometers of the Udaipur to Rajasthan highway from the NHAI worth Rs 2,100 crore. Shares of the company have gained for five out of the last seven trading sessions.
Bank of Maharashtra: Government Sacks CMD Sushil Munot
Shares of the PSU Bank are trading with gains of 0.8 percent. In a notification to the stock exchanges on Tuesday, the bank said the government has removed Sushil Munot, who was due to retire on September 30, as chief of the bank. Ravindra Prabhakar Marathe has been appointed as the new managing director and CEO of the state-owned bank.
Capital First: To Consider Issuing NCDs
Shares of the private lender rose as much as 2.5 percent to Rs 718 on news that the company will consider issuing of non-convertible debentures via private placement on September 29. The company has been losing in five out of the last seven sessions.
Lanco Infratech: Gains on Asset Sale News
Shares of the company gained as much as 2.27 percent to Rs 4.50 on news that the company is looking to start its power asset sale worth $1 billion.
Fortis Healthcare: Fund-raising Plans
Shares of the company gained as much as 1.4 percent to Rs 176.25 after the company said it plans to raise Rs 5,000 crore through issue of equity and quasi-equity instruments.
Satin Creditcare Network: Gains on QIP
Shares of the company gained as much as 5 percent to Rs 623.80 after the company’s Rs 250 crore QIP opened on Monday with a floor price of Rs 580.92 per share.
