- SEBI approved six IPOs including HD Fire Protect and Xtranet Technologies Ltd

The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Friday approved six initial public offerings. These are HD Fire Protect Ltd., Xtranet Technologies Ltd., Parijat Industries India Ltd., Rotomag Enertec Ltd., CSM Technologies Ltd., Eldeco Infrastructure and Properties Ltd., and AITMC Ventures Ltd.
The market regulator issued its 'observation letter' to the IPOs, which means final approval in SEBI parlance.
Associated Power Structures Ltd. withdrew its IPO offer.
HD Fire Protect
HD Fire Protect IPO is entirely an offer for sale of upto 2.63 crore shares. Incorporated in 1997, the company specializes in designing, manufacturing, and supplying fire protection equipment and systems for industrial, commercial, and institutional safety requirements.
Xtranet Technologies
The IPO is a book build issue of Rs 190 crore consisting solely of fresh issue of shares with no offer for sale component. Incorporated in 2002, Xtranet Technologies is an integrated IT solutions provider offering end-to-end services such as enterprise applications, digital transformation, managed services, proprietary platforms, and strategic technology partnerships.
Parijat Industries
The IPO consists of fresh issue of rS 160 crore and an offer for sale of upto 2.04 crore equity shares. Parijat Industries (India) is an India-headquartered agrochemical company. Its product portfolio includes plant protection products (insecticides, fungicides, bactericides, herbicides, and combinations), plant nutrition products such as specialty fertilizers, biostimulants, and plant growth regulators (PGRs), and technicals used in agrochemical formulations.
