ITC Hotels reported a 51.4% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 201 crore for the July–September quarter, compared with Rs 133 crore a year earlier. Revenue grew 25.6% to Rs 1,054 crore. Ebitda rose faster, by 37.3% to Rs 337 crore, which lifted the Ebitda margin by about 270 basis points to 32% from 29.3%, as the company converted more of its revenue growth into operating profit.

The board of directors of APL Apollo Tubes approved the acquisition of an additional 31% equity stake, comprising 15,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each, in SG Enterprise Solutions Private Limited (SSC) for an aggregate cash consideration of Rs 1,55,000.
