• Mrs Bectors Food Specialities reported a 25.2% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 45.7 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 36.5 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 14.3% to Rs 631 crore from Rs 551 crore.
• EBITDA increased 19.1% to Rs 82.5 crore from Rs 69.3 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 13.1% from 12.6%.
   

• Ramco Industries reported a 23.8% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 50.7 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 40.9 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 19.1% to Rs 437 crore from Rs 367 crore.
• EBITDA increased 46.7% to Rs 76.9 crore from Rs 52.4 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 17.6% from 14.3%.

• Zydus Lifesciences reported a 19% year-on-year increase in India formulation sales to Rs 1,884 crore in Q2.
• North America sales grew 20.8% to Rs 3,315 crore, while total international market formulation sales rose 33.2% year-on-year to Rs 1,001 crore.

• Saregama India reported a 47.6% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 64.6 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 43.8 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 36.7% to Rs 314 crore from Rs 230 crore.
• EBITDA increased 48.3% to Rs 102 crore from Rs 68.7 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 32.4% from 29.9%.
• The company will deregister its Dubai-based arm, Saregama FZE.

• Global Health reported a 39.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 221 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 158 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 33.6% to Rs 1,469 crore from Rs 1,099 crore.
• EBITDA increased 60.3% to Rs 370.1 crore from Rs 230.9 crore, while EBITDA margin improved to 25.2% from 21%.
   

• Cera Sanitaryware reported a marginal 0.9% year-on-year decline in net profit to Rs 56.1 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 56.7 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 27.4% to Rs 603 crore from Rs 473 crore.
• EBITDA increased 9.2% to Rs 73.4 crore from Rs 67.2 crore, while EBITDA margin contracted to 12.2% from 14.2%.
• The company reappointed Vikram Somany as Chairman and Managing Director for five years, with the new term effective July 1, 2027.

• ASK Automotive reported a 27.3% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 101.6 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 79.8 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 47.6% to Rs 1,555 crore from Rs 1,054 crore.
• EBITDA increased 30.2% to Rs 178.6 crore from Rs 137.2 crore, while EBITDA margin declined to 11.5% from 13%.
   

• Zydus Lifesciences reported a 26.6% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 926 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 1,261 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 29% to Rs 7,910 crore from Rs 6,132 crore.
• EBITDA declined 6.4% to Rs 1,895 crore from Rs 2,025 crore, while EBITDA margin contracted to 24% from 33%.

• BASF India reported a 42.4% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 61.7 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 107 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue grew 24% to Rs 4,832 crore from Rs 3,896 crore.
• EBITDA declined 40.9% to Rs 91.5 crore from Rs 155 crore, while EBITDA margin contracted to 1.9% from 4%.

• Neuland Labs reported a 46.7% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit to Rs 51.6 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 96.9 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue declined 12.6% to Rs 450 crore from Rs 514 crore.
• EBITDA fell 37.3% to Rs 97.6 crore from Rs 156 crore, while EBITDA margin contracted to 21.7% from 30.2%.
   

Gabriel India reported a 15.4% year-on-year increase in consolidated net profit to Rs 123 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 107 crore in the year-ago period.

Revenue rose 22.9% to Rs 1,608 crore from Rs 1,308 crore, while EBITDA increased 12.2% to Rs 141 crore from Rs 126 crore. EBITDA margin contracted to 8.8% from 9.6%.

The company will pay an interim dividend of Rs 2.15 per share and has fixed November 6 as the record date.

• Vintage Coffee reported a 57.4% year-on-year increase in net profit to Rs 28.1 crore in Q2, compared with Rs 17.8 crore in the year-ago period.
• Revenue rose 64.4% to Rs 223 crore from Rs 136 crore. EBITDA increased 88.7% to Rs 42.2 crore from Rs 22.3 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded to 18.9% from 16.5%.
