Pidilite Industries' Shareholders To Receive Special Dividend — Check Record Date

Pidilite Industries' record date for determining who is eligible to receive the dividend is August 13, while the payment of the dividend will be made on August 29.

Pidilite Industries Ltd. has announced a special interim dividend of Rs 10 per equity share of Rs 1 each, according to an exchange filing. The record date for determining who is eligible to receive the dividend is August 13, while the payment of the dividend will be made on August 29, the filing added.

"The record date for determining the eligibility of Members entitled to receive the said Special Interim Dividend is Wednesday, 13th August, 2025. The Special Interim Divided shall be paid to the eligible Shareholders on Friday, 29th August, 2025," the filing stated.

Besides this, Pidilite has also announced issuance of bonus shares in the proportion of 1:1, that is, "1 (One) equity share of Re. 1/- each for every 1 (One) fully paid-up equity share of Re. 1/- each held by the Members as on the Record Date, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals, as applicable."

The announcement was made after the company released its quarter 1 performance results. The company will be disbursing a total amount of Rs 352 crore to its shareholders. Among the shareholders, retail investors have around 7.63% stake in the company. The adhesive manufacturing company reported a 18.6% rise in its year-on-year net profit as it went up to Rs 672 crore from Rs 567 crore in the year-ago period.
