The key metrics to track in Q1 FY23 will be:
Hiring momentum (Accenture hiring momentum has been moderated: net addition of 11,928 employees (2% QoQ) versus ~40,000 average net addition per quarter in the last four quarters),
commentary on large deal win momentum,
pricing (our assumption remains intact of no pricing gains in FY23), and
revenue growth of top clients, core verticals.
We expect 2.3-4.3% QoQ constant currency growth for tier-I IT services.
