For IT services peers we expect tier-I names deliver growth between 1.8- 4.7% sequential growth while tier-II are expected to grow in a range of 2.3-8.0% range in constant currency organic terms.
Q1 FY23 will see multiple headwinds in form of wage hikes, visa costs and travel costs, and have an average impact in operating profit margin by upto 70 basis points.
While we do believe that recent total contract value wins and order book do set the sail for FY23 growth momentum, a number of leading economic indicators signal weakening economic growth along with high inflation, which is likely to delay tech spends, affect deal momentum and/or restructure budgets.
We also expect smaller deals to dominate the pipeline, and less of ‘large scale/multi- year engagements'.
