InterGlobe Aviation Ltd.'s board has recommended a dividend of Rs 10 apiece for fiscal 2025. This implies that the company is set to pay out 196 crore to nearly 3 lakh shareholders.

This recommendation is subject to the approval of shareholders of the company at the ensuing annual general meeting.

The payment of dividend will be completed within 30 days of declaration at the ensuing AGM. The convening of the 22nd AGM of the IndiGo is set to take place on Aug. 20, according to the company.
