In an exchange filing dated Jan. 14, GRSE announced that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on Jan. 28 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended Dec. 31, 2025.
The Board of Directors will also consider the declaration of a second interim dividend for the financial year 2025-26.
GRSE Q3 Results: Trading Window Closure
In compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the company is closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Jan. 1 to Jan. 30.

GRSE reported a 57% year-on-year (YoY) rise in profit after tax to Rs 154 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 98 crore in Q2FY25. Total income grew 42% YoY to Rs 1,746 crore in Q2FY26 from Rs 1,228 crore in the same period in the previous financial year.
