Eternal Ltd., the parent company of Zomato, has announced that its Board will meet this week to share Q4FY26 results. The Gurugram-based conglomerate will join dozens of companies in sharing its fiscal performance for the January to March period of FY26. The company will also hold an earnings call to discuss the results with investors and analysts. During this interaction, investors will have a chance to discuss the performance, margins, further challenges and FY27 outlook with the senior management.
Investors will closely watch how Eternal, which operates brands such as Zomato, Blinkit, and Hyperpure, performed against its key rivals like Swiggy and Zepto in the final quarter of FY26.
Eternal Q4 Results Date
Eternal Ltd. has informed the exchanges that it will hold a Board meeting on Tuesday, April 28. The meeting will consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.

Eternal Q4 Trading Window
In line with SEBI's code of conduct, the company's trading window remains closed and will open after 48 hours of the result announcement. This prohibition in dealing with securities only applies to designated persons such as directors, promoters, their relatives, etc to comply with prevention of insider trading norms.
Eternal Q4 Earnings Call
The company has also announced that it will hold its earnings conference call on the same day - Tuesday, April 28 at 5:00 p.m. IST, to discuss the financial results with investors and analysts. Interested participants need to fill out a pre-registration form to gain access to the virtual meeting.
Eternal Q3FY25 v Q3FY26
Eternal Ltd. reported consolidated revenue from operations up 200% YoY to Rs 16,315 crore from Rs 5,405 crore. Adjusted Ebitda rose 79% to Rs 364 crore from Rs 285 crore. Net profit also increased to Rs 102 crore from Rs 59 crore in Q3FY25.
