In an exchange filing dated April 27, BHEL said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 4 to approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for FY 2025-26.

BHEL reported a 17.7% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 8,691.85 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 7,385 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit jumped 189.8% YoY to Rs 390.40 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 134.70 crore in Q3FY25.
