Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd. (BHEL) will announce the results for the fourth quarter of FY26 next week. It is one of the largest engineering and manufacturing enterprises in India's energy and infrastructure sectors. Bharat Heavy Electricals Q4 Results: Date And Dividend

In an exchange filing dated April 27, BHEL said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 4  to approve the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board of Directors will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for FY 2025-26.

Bharat Heavy Electricals Q4 Results: Trading Window Closure

The trading window for dealing in the company's securities is closed for all designated employees until May 6, in compliance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading.

The company is yet to announce the schedule for an earnings call to discuss the Q4FY26 results with investors and analysts. 

Bharat Heavy Electricals Q3 Results

BHEL reported a 17.7% year-on-year (YoY) rise in consolidated total income to Rs 8,691.85 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 7,385 crore in Q3FY25. Net profit jumped 189.8% YoY to Rs 390.40 crore in Q3FY26 from Rs 134.70 crore in Q3FY25.

Shares of BHEL have risen 1.81% in the past five trading sessions on the NSE. In the past month, it has jumped 42.03% and in the past six months, it has increased 33.01%. On a year-to-date basis, BHEL share price has grown 20.91%. Over the past year, it has climbed over 56.94%. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 358.10 apiece on the NSE on April 29, 2026, and a 52-week low of Rs 205.12 apiece on Aug. 29, 2025. BHEL shares ended 2.29% higher at Rs 352.40 apiece on the NSE on Thursday. This compares to a 0.74% decline in the benchmark Nifty 50.
