Berger Paints Ltd.'s net profit saw a 28% YoY (year-on-year) uptick in its consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2026-27, as per an exchange filing from the company on Tuesday. The firm also declared a dividend of Rs 4 per share.
The paint company's net profit was at Rs 335 crore from Rs 262 crore in the prior financial year. Its revenue saw a 6% YoY increase to Rs 2,868 crore, compared to Rs 2,704 crore in the year-ago period. The firm's Ebitda (earnings before interest taxes, depreciation and amortisation) up saw 13% YoY uptick to Rs 482 crore, compared to Rs 427 crore in the preceding fiscal. Its Ebitda margin was at 16.8% YoY compared to the previous financial year's 15.8%.
