Deepender Singh Hooda from Indian National Congress party was leading from the Lok Sabha constituency of Rohtak in Haryana by a margin of 3.45 lakh votes, according to latest data from the Election Commission of India at 11:56 p.m.
Hooda was leading with 7.83 lakh votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Arvind Kumar Sharma was trailing with 4.38 lakh votes.

The constituency saw a voter turnout of 65.68%, including 66.88% male voters, while the female voter turnout was at 64.33% and third gender voters were at 9.52%.
The seats had been won by BJP in the last elections in 2019 and by the Congress in the 2014 elections. In 2019, Arvind Kumar Sharma won over 47.01% more votes than Congress' Deepender Singh Hooda. In 2014, Congress' Deepender Singh Hooda won 46.86% more votes, as compared with the runner-up BJP candidate Om Prakash Dhankar.
