(Bloomberg) -- Winter's chill is blasting parts of the U.S. with snow and heavy rain, and the natural gas market's feeling it. Use of the heating and power-plant fuel has surged to the highest levels since February 2015 as homes and businesses work to keep warm. The jump in demand has futures gaining for a second straight day on Friday.
