TCS CEO Krithivasan’s Pay Hikes 4.6% To Rs26.5 Crore In FY25

The percentage increase in the median remuneration of employees in the financial year is 6.3%.

Tata Consultancy Services’ Chief Executive Officer K Krithivasan got a pay bump of 4.6% in FY25; with this, he draws Rs 26.5 crore for the year, according to the company’s annual report.

This includes a base salary of Rs 1.39 crore, benefits, perquisites, and allowances of Rs 2.12 crores, and commissions of Rs 23 crores.

Wipro Chief Srinivas Pallia got a 10% raise in FY25, as he drew Rs53.64 crore. In FY24, HCL Tech's CEO got a 190% pay bump to Rs 84.17 crore, making him the highest-paid CEO in comparison to peers. Infosys CEO Salil Parekh earned Rs. 66.25 crores in FY24.

TCS also appointed Aarthi Subramanian as a whole-time director designated as executive director, president, and chief operating officer. She will be getting a basic salary of Rs 10,80,000 per month with effect from May 1, 2025, up to a maximum of Rs Rs15,00,000 per month.

The percentage increase in the median remuneration of employees in the financial year is 6.3%. The average annual increase was in the range of 4.5-7%, with top performers receiving double-digit increments in India. However, during the course of the year, the total increase is in the range of 5.5-7.5%, after accounting for promotions and other event-based compensation revisions. Employees outside India received a wage increase varying from 1.5% to 6%, the annual report noted.

“The increase in remuneration is in line with the market trends in the respective countries. In order to ensure that remuneration reflects the company’s performance, the performance pay is also linked to organisation performance and individual utilisation in addition to individual performance,” the annual report read.
