New Delhi: Bajaj Auto on Tuesday reported one per cent increase in total motorcycle sales at 2,85,527 units for July, as compared to 2,82,433 units in the year-ago month.
The company's total vehicle sales last month stood at 3,29,833 units, a marginal decline from 3,30,231 units in the the same month a year earlier, Bajaj Auto said in a statement.
In commercial vehicles category, Bajaj Auto's sales during the month stood at 44,306 units, as against 47,798 units in July last year -- down 7.3 per cent.
Total exports declined 19.96 per cent during the month to 1,31,811 units from 1,64,690 units in the corresponding period a year ago, it added
