Earlier, the official account of the Government of Dubai Media Office said on X that authorities were responding to an incident caused by debris from a successful interception that fell on residential houses in southern Dubai, resulting in property damage and minor injuries to four Asian nationals.
In a subsequent update, Dubai Media Office said, “Authorities confirm that the incident caused by debris from an interception that fell on houses in southern Dubai resulted in minor injuries to two Indian nationals, one Bangladeshi national, and one Sri Lankan national.”

According to media reports, UAE authorities later confirmed that the injuries were minor and the situation has been fully handled in line with the highest safety standards.

The incident comes against the backdrop of rising tensions in the Middle East, with Iran intensifying missile and drone attacks across the Gulf.
