Six people were killed after a Qatari helicopter crashed in the Persian Gulf nation's territorial waters on Saturday.
There were seven people on board and six of them died.
The Interior Ministry said one person is still missing from the crash, which took place the day before. Search efforts are underway for the missing one.
The Defence Ministry blamed 'technical malfunction' for the helicopter crash. However, it didn't clarify the nationality of the dead.

"A Qatari helicopter had a technical malfunction during a routine duty, which led to its crash in the regional waters of the State, Searching operation for its crew members and passengers is in progress," said the Ministry of Defense of State in a post on X.
The Ministry of Interior said that specialised teams have commenced search and rescue operations in the country's territorial waters.
"Participating in the execution of the search and rescue operations are the maritime search and rescue team affiliated with the General Directorate of Coast and Border Security, alongside the Qatari International Search and Rescue Group affiliated with the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya)," said the ministry.
