An Indian woman, identified as Priya, has been widely praised after she raised the UAE national flag during a powerful storm in Al Foah, despite warnings from colleagues about the dangerous weather conditions.

According to accounts shared online, Priya immediately stepped forward to ensure that the UAE flag was raised safely even as strong winds and severe weather swept through the area. Her actions were described as a powerful gesture of respect and admiration for the country she lives and works in.

The UAE Ambassador also joined the growing praise, commending Priya for demonstrating immense respect for the UAE national flag. The ambassador said on X, “We are proud of you, Priya!
