Now, memes are surfacing on social media platforms after Netanyahu shared a video of himself drinking coffee at a cafe to debunk his death rumours, followed by another video of him meeting people.

A video was posted with the caption, "Netanyahu, Mojtaba Khamenei and Kim Jong-un meet at Sataf Café in Jerusalem."

Another user posted, "Just like Netanyahu, Mojtaba Khamenei is alive and well in Jerusalem enjoying a cup of coffee."

Israeli PM Netanyahu appears to be calmly humorous in the video posted on Sunday, showing his fingers with a smile while drinking a cup of fresh coffee. The caption was in Hebrew on the Instagram video, which translates to “They say I am what?” in English.

Then, the clip shows him joking with an aide, as he responds with a pun on the word “dead,” which in Hebrew slang is also used to talk about “being crazy about” someone or something, according to Reuters.

The Israeli PM tells the aide while grabbing his coffee cup, “I'm crazy about coffee. You know what? I'm crazy about my people.”

As per international reports, he plays around with words regarding death, which can also be transcribed as “I'm dying for coffee.”
