Amid rumours about Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu's death, a fake video showing him having tea at Dolly Chaiwala's stall has gone viral on social media.
In the video, Netanyahu requests “One chai, please.”
The video is an edited version of Bill Gates's visit to Dolly Chaiwala's stall in 2024. The video had gone viral back then, with Gates asking, “One chai, please.”

The satirical meme comes against the backdrop of Netanyahu recently releasing a video of him ordering coffee at a cafe to debunk rumours about his death. In the video, Netanyahu says, “I am dead… for coffee.” He used a Hebrew phrase, which meant he loves coffee to death.
In the clip, Netanyahu is seen lifting both hands and displaying his fingers towards the camera. This came after online speculation suggested that imagery from an earlier media address showed an apparent sixth finger, fuelling speculation that the video had been created using artificial intelligence.
“Do you want to count my fingers? You can see them here… and here. See? Very nice,” Netanyahu said.

In another video, AI has been used to replace Netanyahu with Iran's Supreme Leader at the cafe. One image shows Netanyahu's feet, face, and fist being interchanged.
“Looks like Netanyahu wasn't alone in that video…,” joked another user.
A French outlet quoted a Turkish journalist to suggest that Trump regrets attacking Iran. There is also widespread speculation that the video shared by Netanyahu is AI-generated.
The US-Israel conflict with Iran has entered its 18th day on March 17. It started on Feb. 28. Hostilities between show no sign of easing, as attacks on multiple urban centres have claimed civilian lives.
The confrontation has expanded beyond Iran's borders, with Tehran retaliating against American assets in the region and Israel launching fresh strikes on Hezbollah positions in southern Lebanon.
