Microsoft has introduced a new feature for its artificial intelligence-powered assistant, Copilot, that provides users with a new method of chatting with the bot through voice interactions. Through the Microsoft Copilot Hotkey, users can now summon the Copilot by holding the Alt + Spacebar keys for two seconds. It may be a while before you get it though. "It’s rolling out to Windows Insiders first before all Windows 11 users in the coming weeks," Microsoft said in its blog dated Mar. 10. Microsoft stated that the feature was introduced with the objective of providing users with instant response to avoid any interruption in their workflow.

How To Summon Microsoft Copilot With Hotkey

All it takes is to hold Alt + Spacebar buttons on the keypad for 2 seconds and it will trigger the conversation with Microsoft Copilot. It can be ended by pressing the Esc key, the tech giant explained.

Copilot is also designed to end the conversation on its own if there is no interaction from the user's side for several seconds. The update is beginning to roll out across all Insider Channels via the Microsoft Store. Microsoft did not provide a timeline on when the update will be available for Windows.
