Accenture Plc. reported strong numbers on all fronts in Q4 FY21 –
strong broadbased revenue growth (up 23.8% YoY in U.S. dollar terms),
double digit revenue growth guidance of 12-15% in FY22 and
hiring was at all-time high levels added headcount of 55,541.
Attrition spiked to 19% from 17%.
Accenture's strong demand momentum in consulting continued with order book at record high of $8 billion (up 23.8% YoY) for three consecutive quarters with book-to-bill at 1.1 times indicate continued recovery in discretionary spends.
Outsourcing bookings of $7.1 billion (book-to-bill at 1.23 times) declined by 5.6% YoY but were still above pre-Covid-19 average of $5 billion.
