In a stock exchange filing dated May 6, Raymond said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 12 to consider approval of audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The filing did not mention any details about the recommendation of a dividend, if any, by the Board.

Raymond reported a 61% year-on-year drop in its consolidated net profit to Rs 72.28 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 185.39 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s total income rose 35.55% YoY to Rs 985.35 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 726.91 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 38.5% YoY to Rs 885.76 crore in the December quarter against Rs 639.42 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
