Religare Enterprises Q3 Highlights (Consolidated, YoY)

• Revenue up 10.2% to Rs 1,664 crore versus Rs 1,511 crore.

• Net loss of Rs 43.1 crore versus net loss of Rs 19.5 crore.

Power Grid Corp. announced a second interim dividend of Rs 3.25 per equity share of Rs 10 each. The record date is fixed as Feb. 7, and the company will be paying the dividend on Feb. 28.

The company's transmission segment saw 1.5% fall in revenues year-on-year, and the Ebitda was under pressure due to a 51% yearly rise in other expenses. Net profit of the company was impacted by a Rs 208.55 crore deferred tax expense.

The energy major has significantly expanded its domestic exploration footprint, and now coves 3 lakh square kilometres.

Total oil and gas production is set to increase from 42.44 million metric tonnes of oil equivalent in fiscal 2025 to 44.5 million metric tonnes of oil equivalent in fiscal 2026 and 45.61 million metric tonnes of oil equivalent by fiscal 2027.

Gas production is set to rise by 10 million metric standard cubic metres per day over the next 1.5 years.

Anticipates APM gas prices to increase to $6.75 per metric million British thermal units in April 2025, and expected to go up to $7 in April 2026.

10% of ONGC's gas output is now categorised as non-APM, which fetches a premium of 12% over brent crude.
