In an exchange filing dated May 9, Premier Energies said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 17 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of the final dividend, if any, for FY25.

Premier Energies Q3 Results
Premier Energies reported a multifold year-on-year (YoY) increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 255.2 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 43.2 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income surged 144.76% YoY to Rs 1,749.38 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 714.73 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 113.86% YoY to Rs 1,398.55 crore in the December quarter from Rs 653.96 crore in the year-ago period.
