NLC India Q4 Results: Profit Jumps Fourfold; Dividend Of Rs 15 Apiece

NLC India Ltd.'s consolidated net profit surged more than fourfold in the fourth quarter of financial year 2025, according to an exchange filing on Monday.
The company posted a profit of Rs 482 crore in the January–March period as compared to Rs 114 crore in the year-ago period, it said.

Ebitda up 43% to Rs 861 crore versus Rs 602 crore.
Margin at 22.5% versus 17%.
Net profit up 322% to Rs 482 crore versus Rs 114 crore.
Dividend
NLC recommended a final dividend of Rs 15 per share for the financial year 2025, subject to the approval from the required stakeholders in the annual general meeting.
The record date for the proposed dividend will be informed in the due course after finalising the date of AGM.
Shares of NLC closed 1.05% lower at Rs 236.43 apiece on the National Stock Exchange, compared to a 0.3% fall in the benchmark Nifty. The stock has fallen 3.97% in the last 12 months and 4.97% on a year-to-date basis.
Two analysts tracking the company have a 'buy' rating on the stock, according to Bloomberg data. The average of 12-month analysts' price target implies a potential upside of 32%.
