In an exchange filing dated April 24, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on April 30 to consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2025.
The Board will also consider recommending a final dividend, if any, on equity shares for FY25.

Total income rose 0.35% year-on-year to Rs 11,777.05 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 11,736.40 in Q3 FY24. Total expenses rose 7.8% year-on-year to Rs 10,577.71 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 9,809.57 crore in Q3 FY24.
