As per the stock exchange filing dated April 23, the Board of Directors of Jana Small Finance Bank will meet on April 29 at 3:30 p.m. to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The bank did not mention if the Board will consider the recommendation of any dividend for FY25.

The trading window for dealing in securities of the bank is closed from April 1 to May 1 for all Directors and designated employees of the bank. This is in accordance with SEBI rules to prevent insider trading.

Jana Small Finance Bank Q3 Results
Jana Small Finance Bank reported a year-on-year decline of 17.75% in its standalone net profit, to Rs 110.7 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 134.6 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. Its net interest income increased 13.4% YoY to Rs 1,177.4 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,038 crore in Q3 FY24. Total income rose 15% YoY to Rs 1,354.8 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 1,177.5 crore in the December quarter of the preceding fiscal.
