Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC) is scheduled to declare its quarterly and full-year financial results for the fiscal ending March 2025 on May 28.
IRCTC is a public sector undertaking (PSU) of the Ministry of Railways. The hospitality arm of the Indian Railways primarily provides ticketing, catering and tourism services.

IRCTC Q4 Results Results: Date, Dividend
In a filing to the stock exchanges on May 6, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on May 28 to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended March 2025. The Board will also consider a proposal for the declaration of a dividend, if any, for FY25.
A dividend is often declared by the company for its shareholders when its financial performance for a certain period is healthy. Sometimes companies offer cash as a reward, while other times they may offer additional stocks.
IRCTC Q4 Results: Earnings Conference Call
IRCTC will also hold an ‘Earnings Conference Call’ a day after declaring its financial results to discuss the performance for the quarter and the financial year ended March 31. The call will be hosted by Dolat Capital, IRCTC said in a stock exchange filing on May 19.
The call is scheduled for May 29 at 4:00 p.m. IST.
