The Board will also consider the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, for FY25.

HUDCO Q3 Results
The company reported a 41.56% year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 735.03 crore in Q3 FY25 against Rs 519.23 crore in Q3 FY24. Total revenue from operations increased 37.14% YoY to Rs 2,760.23 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 2,012.66 crore in the year-ago period. Total expenses rose 38.56% YoY to Rs 1,838.48 crore in the December quarter from Rs 1,326.85 crore in the same period of the preceding fiscal.
