Honasa Consumer Q3 Results: Mamaearth Parent's Net Profit Remains Flat, But Beats Estimate
Honasa Consumer's revenue rose 6% year-on-year to Rs 517.51 crore in the third quarter.

Honasa Consumer Ltd. on Wednesday reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 26 crore for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2024.
While the bottom line for the Mamaearth operator remained flat compared to the year-ago period, it managed to beat the consensus estimate of Rs 17 crore of analysts tracked by Bloomberg.
The company's consolidated revenue rose 6% year-on-year to Rs 517.51 crore for the quarter under review. This is largely in line with Bloomberg's consensus estimate of Rs 515 crore.
In the year-ago quarter, Honasa Consumer had posted a revenue of Rs 488.21 crore.
The company's earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation declined by 24% to Rs 26.13 crore in the October-December quarter for fiscal 2025, as against Rs 34.45 crore that it had reported in the year-ago period.
The company's margins stood at 5% versus 7.1%. This is higher than the estimated 3.7%.
In January, the company had reported that its chief business officer Zairus Master had resigned from his post citing "personal reasons". According to the company's filing at that time, he was to step down from his role on Feb. 28, 2025.
Shares of Honasa Consumer closed 2.64% higher at Rs 206.2 apiece on the BSE, compared to a 0.16% decline in the benchmark Sensex.
