In an exchange filing dated May 17, the company said that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled on May 27 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25.
The Board will also consider the recommendation of a dividend, if any, for FY25.

Total income fell 16% YoY to Rs 343.57 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 409.24 crore in Q3 FY24. Total expenses dropped 20.8% YoY to Rs 259.14 crore in Q3 FY25 from Rs 327.06 crore in Q3 FY24.
