Adani Total Gas Q4 Earnings: Net Profit Up 8.5%, Volume Grows 13%

Consolidated net profit increased by 8.5% to Rs 154 crore in the January-March quarter.

Adani Total Gas Ltd. on Monday reported healthy growth in its bottomline during the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024-25.

Consolidated net profit increased by 8.5% to Rs 154 crore in the January-March quarter, compared to Rs 142 crore in the previous quarter, according to an exchange filing.

Revenue from operations rose 3.6% sequentially to Rs 1,341 crore, compared to Rs 1,295 in the December quarter.

The combined compressed natural gas and piped natural gas volume grew to 263 million metric standard cubic meters in the fourth quarter, marking a 13% increase year-on-year.

On the operating side, earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation rose 1% sequentially to Rs 266 crore from Rs 265 crore. Margin stood at 19.9% versus 20.4% in the third quarter.

For the whole year, revenue from operations increased by 12.4%, reaching Rs 5,411.7 crore while Ebitda rose by 1% to Rs 1,167 crore. Profit declined by 1%, reaching Rs 654 crore, according to a press release.

"ATGL has maintained momentum of delivering robust operational and infrastructure performance with a 15% year-on-year increase in volume, accelerating operations excellence supported by digitalization which has contributed in maintaining EBITDA of Rs 1,167 crore despite challenges faced by CGD sector on domestic gas allocation," Chief Executive Officer Suresh P Manglani said.

The board has recommended a dividend of Rs 0.25 per equity share for fiscal 2025, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

Adani Total Gas share price ended 2.9% higher at Rs 616.9 apiece on Monday, ahead of the results, compared to a 1.27% gain in the benchmark BSE Sensex.
