Adani Green Energy Q4 Results: Date, Earnings Call Schedule And More

Adani Green Energy Ltd. will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and the full financial year ending March 31, 2025, next week. The company informed the stock exchanges last week about the scheduled meeting of its Board of Directors to consider and approve the financial results for Q4 and FY 25.

In a filing to the stock exchanges on April 19, the Adani Group firm informed that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, April 28. The meeting will be held to review and approve the audited financial results (both standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending March 2025.

However, the company did not disclose any proposal to declare a dividend by the Board of Directors for FY25.

Adani Green Energy has announced that, as per the company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading and SEBI guidelines, the trading window will remain closed for dealing in the securities of the firm for designated persons until 48 hours after the release of its Q4 results.

Adani Green Energy also announced the schedule for its earnings call following the release of the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025. The company will hold two separate conference calls on April 29, 2025. One will be for equity investors and analysts, while the second earnings call will include fixed-income investors and analysts, the company informed the stock exchanges on April 19.

Adani Green Energy Ltd. reported strong financial performance for the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2024. Its revenue from power supply increased 13% year-on-year to Rs 1,993 crore in Q3 FY25 against Rs 1,765 crore in Q3 FY24. The company’s EBITDA also saw a 13% YoY rise, from Rs 1,638 crore in Q3 FY24 to Rs 1,848 crore in Q3 FY25. The EBITDA margin remained nearly flat at 91.4% in the December quarter compared to 91.4% in the year-ago period.

Cash profit in Q3 FY25 increased 15% YoY, reaching Rs 991 crore against Rs 862 crore in the same quarter of the preceding financial year.

Adani Green Energy shares touched a 52-week high of Rs 2,174.1 apiece on the NSE on June 3, 2024, and a 52-week low of Rs 758 apiece on March 3, 2025.  

In the last five trading sessions, the Adani Group stock has declined by nearly 4%. Shares of Adani Green Energy closed 5.57% lower at Rs 914.95 apiece on the NSE on Friday, compared to the benchmark Nifty settling at 24,039.35, down 0.86%.
