Germany's Federal Constitutional Court rejected a challenge to a city's ability to limit activities because of the coronavirus.
The judges said the suit should have been filed at a lower court to allow it to look into the facts and review whether the city of Karlsruhe had the right to ban a demonstration because of concerns it could lead to more infections.
