(Bloomberg) -- If Turkey's policy makers want to stabilize the lira, then charming investors should become a priority. The currency has depreciated by about 12 percent against the dollar this year and Bloomberg Economics' model suggests this almost entirely reflected negative sentiment. Loose monetary policy, widely blamed for the plunge, was responsible for just 0.1 percent of the decline.
