Zydus Lifesciences Announces Dividend Of Rs 11 Per Share
The scrip fell as much as 2.64% to Rs 887.15 apiece, the lowest level since May 13, 2025.

Zydus Lifesciences announced a final dividend of Rs 11 per share as it released its Q4 earnings.
The Record Date is Friday, July 25, 2025, to determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025, payment of which shall be subject to the approval by the members at the AGM.
The company reported an 18% rise in revenue to Rs 6,527.90 crore versus Rs 5,533.80 crore in the year ago period. It reported a 1% drop in profit from Rs 1,182.30 crore in the same quarter last year to Rs 1,170.90 crore.
Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortisation rose 30% to Rs 2,125.50 crore compared to Rs 1,630.50 crore last year and margin expanded to 32.6% from 29.5%.
On Monday, the company's subsidiary Zydus Wellness announced that it has received board nod to split its existing equity shares. It also announced a final dividend of Rs 6 per share.
The scrip fell as much as 2.64% to Rs 887.15 apiece, the lowest level since May 13, 2025. It pared losses to trade 2.17% lower at Rs 897.60 apiece, as of 2 p.m. This compares to a 0.68% decline in the NSE Nifty 50 Index.
The share price has fallen 8.21% on a year-to-date basis, and is down 15.24% in the last 12 months. Total traded volume so far in the day stood at 1.05 times its 30-day average. The relative strength index was at 42.57.
