Tech Mahindra Ltd. recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 per equity share, according to an exchange filing on Thursday.
The board approved the dividend with a face value of Rs 5 each for the financial year ended March 31. This will be subject to the members' approval at the upcoming annual general meeting of the firm.
